I came through to Telesure for an accessment on my vehicle which had been in an accident, i was down and dispondent after a long day of speaking to insurance people and doing police reports for being involved in a acccident, so i was really not in the mood for another hour or 2 of 20 questions and bringing up a past that i'd rather forget.
however from the security guard at the gate to the receptionist at the desk to each accessor that walked past, i was greeted with 'colgate smiles' and offered something to drink as well as a seat to relax on.
Alan was great and explain everything to me in a simplified form once again with a smile.
whatever this team has, they need to share it. its been a long time since i have had such great service!
