It has been more than a week since I had made a claim to my very expensive insurance company after a traumatising smash and grab. They had not responded to my emailed request, that I sent on Monday 27 May, for assistance and guidance and I had to call them daily to get information, only to get a response on Friday the 31 May from the lady that she forgot to call me back the previous day?! In the end I had to call Glasfit on my own. I still haven't gotten any feedback from my "so called" personal broker. And the worst part is that I am still driving with a broken window.
