I HAVE NEVER BEEN A CLIENT OF STANDARD BANK! Somehow, they have my telephone number linked to one of their bad clients, a Mr SJ Joubert, who never pays his credit card, it seems! Standard Bank's call centre call me from at least 9 telephone numbers, daily, morning noon and night, for SEVERAL MONTHS now! No amount of explaining, begging or cursing, taking up precious time as well as airtime, can change their minds to remove my telephone number from their system!!
I have spoken to a Robert Williams, a Warren de Beer, a Lebo, a Mimi in Customer Care, explaining the situation at length. Mishaps occur in life, but not one word of apology or sympathy from them!!! Spent the whole of yesterday morning on the phone to Standard Bank, just to receive another call this morning at five past ten!!
STANDARD BANK, I OWE YOU NOTHING! I AM NOT YOUR CLIENT! I AM NOT S J JOUBERT! I DO NOT KNOW MR S J JOUBERT!! PLEASE, PLEASE STOP PESTERING ME!!!
