R79 Value account over R900 after 3 months Ripoff

I applied for a Gold Value bundle online to save money and was contacted by a Consultant who e-mailed me the documents. I was told that the account will be opend as well as overdraft once my payslip and other docs has been received. I wasnt able to fax the docs immediately, but received a call a few days later to say I need to go toTygervalley Branch to collect my card. I was suprised seeing that I sent nothing but I went and took my physical docs with me. At the branch I was not asked to hand over my stuff. Only ID was required. The Consultant activated the account, linked my savings acc and gave me new cards. These cards were silver- not gold. I was in a hurry and just left. When I tried to access my internet banking, I was unable to log on2 my acc. I ph the Call Cntr and was told that something wasnt linked and had to go back. I was so off and regretted this acc. I went back and the stuff was sorted. I checked my acc and was charged debit order return fee for Absa rewards, admin fees, overdraft fees. I ddnt ask for this.i have never used the overdraft. My fees are not R79.They are now ph me and threathening me to pay. I will report this to the ombudsman. Over R900 for nothing
