Please me help to understand why when you loose a card that you have to go to the consultant like you opening an account or making a loan, it takes time because people who are there with consultants take time.
For a issuing of a card you are suppose to be in an out the bank not sit there like you opening up a new account. It took me 30min to be assisted with the card and the whole transaction was 10min now I ask again why do i have to go to the consultants why not equip your enquiries to do the same just like the other banks... Its a whole lot of inconvenience. Please look into this.
