Without advising customers, Metroplitan Odyssey has been taken over by Momentum. There is a link from the old website to Momentum, which is wrong, but i managed to get through. When trying to register, i got an error message. I used the chat facility to register a query. This was over a month ago, and i have not had any feedback. I tried again today, with the same results. However, now the chat facility does not work, and the call centre routed me to a voice message facility. I want to speak to a person - surely that is still possible in today's world?

Why can i not register? What has happened to my policy - i want some answers please!
