Vitality ended their contract with Bankmed on quite short notice on 31 Dec 2012 and now us Bankmed members can join Momentum Multiply. I now have to activate my Multiply Membership on-line but experience some difficulties. Calling and emailing as well as making use of the Free-Call facility do not result in any reply from these guys. I am trying to reach them since 4 January 2013 and when I tried again today to call their call centre, the "voice" is just informing me that "Our call centre is not currently available. Please leave a message"! Did that and still no reply. THIS IS BAD! I wonder how their service delivery is if they can't even handle new members' enquiries?
