FNB Northgate is shocking. I have been waiting 23 days for a credit card. I have been into the Branch 3 times and see the manager and promised a call to this date no call. I have never in my life see this service from anyone. I AM going to cancel the process. I am sure any other bank will love to help me. FNB is shocking. I am even looking at cancelling my platinum cheque card with FNB.
