Cancellation of my Banks Platinum cheque card

One day I went to FNB to enquire about my Savings and I was given a new upgrade platinum card by Nqobile Mkwanazi

Three weeks later when I was shopping the card was rejected.

I went to the bank it was said it was cancelled by the same person who issued the card Nqonile form FNB Davenport Durban.

I had to drive to the branch to find out what went wrong. Nqobile she to me saying she did not cancel the card.
I requested for the manager her name Farzanah Dawood. the manager confirmed that Nqobile did cancel the card but could not explain why?

I was very inconvenience

Please help I need answers.
