Absa
No one answering calls

Good day

An extra R1000 has been deducted from my bank account for my vehicle.

When calling them they mentioned that i need to call the absa vehicle insurance where they will reverse the transaction. Since 9 this morning no one answers and i am kept waiting all the time. These calls are expensive and this just for me to get my R1000 back which was deducted incorrectly! I called them on the following number 0860053421

I will aprreciate someone calling me and sorting this out.
