Discovery has no spine to bend over backwards

My home was burgled on the 25th April. We sent all documentation including case number to insurance when we submitted claims. Discovery does not have the ability to bend over backwards to assist their loyal customers such as myself. Discovery has made every attempt to delay processing the claim and after a month of them making mistakes on my claim through incorrect data and different people handling the claim; they have not come back with anything forthcoming. This is unacceptable since we are paying an exorbitant premium with no comfort that our assets are protected. The agents are disrespectful and they do not put customer first. The assessor is equally unprofessional making the customer feel that it was their own fault through interrogation and using every angle to escape resolving the claim. The biggest mistake was made when I consolidated my insurances with Discovery since they lack the sensitivity in handling these types of claims. I urge anyone making these choices to think very carefully as Discovery lacks the decency to handle these types of claims. Discovery will use any angle to escape claim resolution and they go back on their word. They have lost the credibility.
