First National Bank
The answer is simply NO

I have moved to Sydney and forgotten my PIN. Card devision and my branch say that they cannot help me at all and do not have another suggestion on how I can retrieve a new pin. Result; I cannot do online banking, I cannot draw from the ATM therefore I have NO access to my funds at all. They said they would get back to me and I have not heard anything further.
