FNB CHANGING TERMS AND CONDITONS AS THEY PLEASE

The latest change is that if I reduce my monthly payments to the minimum instalment due, my flexi facility will fall away.
When I applied for a home loan, I was given the option of having a flexi facility which I took up. All my excess funds are transferred into my home loan and my balance is significnalty reduced. Now I want to reduce my monthly instalment because I have a loan balance and am told if I do that I lose the flexi facility... surely this is unfair to the client as 'promises' are made when you open up your accounts and then there are these type of changes.

Another change is that terms and conditions for using the slow lounge has changed. The last time I was at the airport I decided to visit the slow lounge. The receptionist advised there have been changes even though I have a platinum account and FNB is my primary bank.
