My manager will not call you

I have an issue:

When I am not happy with what a supervisor tell me and I ask for a manager to call me.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A SUPERVISOR TELLING ME.
MY MANAGER WILL NOT CALL YOU AS I AM MORE THAN CABABLE OF ASSITING YOU.

I tell the supervisor that I am not happy with his answer.

After he talks over me for about five times, and I need to start my sentence 5 times.

I have to repeat myself.
