No Service and No manager bad home loan service

Good day I applyed for Holiday payment at standard bank 2 months ago due to the fact that I am currently on unpaid maternity leave. However I never got a reply. When I asked for feedback they always said the Manager will call me. Now I haven't got any salary payed into my account so they inform me that my accound will be in arrears and that this may cause them to reposses the property and blacklist my name. I was mistreated & got bad customer service from standard bank. There isn't any communication line & they have such bad customer care. They don't have stuff who understands customer care. They even have ridiculous hidden costs on the accounts
