As a client of standard bank I recived a call from the call centre in gauteng. From a angent named kensani with regards to increasing my revolving credit limit. I told her I don't want to increase it. But she was persistant to do so. So I asked her how much she qualify for and she did. And we said ok increase it to another. R5000 . But upon doing that I clearly asked the agent will my premuim be increased and she asured me that it would not. But know @ the end of the month I see I am being charged an extra. R108 for. R5000 I did not use which is just sitting in my account. So I have been trying to get hold of the call centre with no luck. I want the responsible person to contact me. And play the voice recording. Or I will take my banking to another bank.
