Ridiculous Service

The kind of service i received from Kabelo is ridiculous. I left a number of messages for him and he doesn't even bother to call back. At some point I called asking for feedback and funny enough he said "awaiting assessment report" of which he sent the day before. It will be nice to be served by someone who knows what they are doing. Finally my claim was finalized and I was told to take my car to Cornright Motors in Midrand on the 2nd of April 2013. Until today my car is still not fixed. On the assessment report they estimated 10 working days. Now am told about the car rental policy, so I will be without a car from next Monday. How am I supposed to get to work? I have a contract with iwyze not Cornright. I should have walked away long time ago. "BAD SERVICE"
