I was involved in an accident with my Dodge Caliber and reported the accident to you. You then referred me to Cornright Motors to carry out the repairs.
I confirm that the damages were on the rear right and even the assessment confirmed that. There were no damages in front and Cornright was specifically instructed not to touch anything else except the damaged bumper and the rear light.
I collected my car from Cornright on 19/12/2013 and to my surprise, Cornright took out my battery and air filer cover and my car is smoking from the bonnet. This is endangering my life and that of my family. On 20/12/2013, I took the car back and they were closed. My car is smoking in the bonnet and I cannot go anywhere this festive season. I had to cancel my holiday bookings on the last minute as my car is not road worthy. I took my car to Dodge and they confirmed that I cannot drive it.
MiWay should therefore take responsibility for this as you are the ones who referred me to Cornright. I hope you understand my frustration on this matter and hope you will attend this as a matter of urgency.
