Bad Customer Service

My incidentclaim number is 484674. My car was towed in to the IWYZE SMD assessment yard on the 21/06/2013 for the assessor to it. Week later on the 28/06/2013 the car was only then assessed. It took a week for IWYZE to get the car assessed. It is not acceptable as it should take at least 24 to 48 working hours to assess the car. Nine days later I was then asked for the police report which was never a request when I initially logged this claim. to cut the long story short, it is now three weeks tomorrow and my car is still not been attended to (repairs) and as usual no one is giving me feedback as to what is happening.
I am frustrated.
