I've read everyones complaints about not receiving their cellphone on time through FNB's cellphone deals. This however is not the case, i have received mine on time but its faulty and it has been like that since i received it, i'm tired of running around for something thats not my problem. I'm very disappointed in Fnb. After various emails, I was recently sent to Samsung to find out if i am the one responsable for the phone's problem. The phone has a faulty motherboard or something to that effect. So i was'nt to blame, as i knew from the start, but just to prove a point i went. To make a long story short now i have to wait for almost a month for new motherboard for a faulty phone that i did'nt brake. Doesn't sound fair to me.
