After my stint of bad service with banks and the service industry lately today was a refreshment. Even after some miss understanding with FNB my card was delivered to me within a week. I then had to contact the call centre to activate my card, I spoke to Millicent who was just a pleasure to deal with, I am glad I decided to go back to FNB, here is to fixing my profile.
