Efusing to get back to me

On the 2nd of April there was a transaction on my credit card. It took me over an hour of holding on the phone to cancel my card, but it got done. I was told that Std bank would contact me, which they did one time only. Unfortunately I missed that call and since then I have been battling to get of them. Between the 6th and the 11th of May, the transaction was reversed and I was debited again. For the original amount. I have sent 6 emails to Seko Tata and been on hold for more than 20min at a time, left numerous messages for Ntabisend and Leeshan, who are supervisors at, apparently. Still nobody gets back to me. I am now expected to pay my instalment. Not going to happen until the Std Bank mistake is reversed!! So please, for the love of someone besides an automated message, call me back so we can sort this mess out! I am done calling you!!!
