4 years ago I took a savings policy which will mature sometimes mid 2014, last year when the entrepreneurship bug bit me, I started working for own company which it's still growing and without any capital finance it's been very hard to keep up with the bills, I had a withdrawal of R6000.00 done back in 2010, I came realise that only one withdrawal is allowed once every 5 years which I accept. All I am asking is I want to surrender my policy now so I can pay my house bond which is behind and have standard bank calling me everyday as well as Tswane municipality which have now switched they services off and handed me over to the debt collectors, I can't get a loan from anywhere to settle my bills while I try to get the business going. if Hollard can surrender my policy now I will have enough money to pay my creditors now and keep my business afloat, I can't wait for next year I won't have home or a business by then.
I have been to your offices first time I was told the money will be released in 5 days which never happened and 2nd time I went to your offices I was told it' can't be released until 2014. PLEASE SURRENDER MY POLICY CHARGE ME PENALTIES AND RELEASE MY MONEY NOW
