I am very dissapointed with Wonga, I took a loan which I could not afford to pay back in full as agreed as I was no longer working. They haded my account to Blakes and Associates and I have made arrangement to pay in installments of which am honouring. I know got a contract job which is for 3 months as have paid their money on the account number that I was given. To my suprise they now went to my account and deduct the full amount, this to me looks like there are no communication between wonga and their collection company, why deduct after paying as arrange? Why still sendind debit order to my account after handing my account over, lack of trust or communication? I want an explanation and my money reversed into my account ASAP. I have made other arrangement which I still need to Honour. Am very very unhappy, disgusted Hlengiwe
