I bought a bed at bed and lounge in sign a contract to pay in 12 months installments, but i was overcharged, i was debited for 13 months, i went to bed and lounge in langlaagte and they told me to speak to real people when i called them they promised to refund me, month later i called them again they told new they are not gonna refund me as the contract was saying January to January which add up to 13 months, but we agreed that i was gonna pay 12 months.
