I own the Passport Centre in Hillcrest. We compile UK Visitor visa applications on behalf of our clients. We also pay the UK High Commission for the Visa fee using my corporate card. My card is continually being blocked by DIVISION causing huge angst & frustration especially as my business is totally deadline driven. I have explained on a number of occasions how my business works and asked for the system to be updated to reflect this information. My card continues to be arbitrarily blocked no one contacts me and I am forced to jump through all the hoops when I call the Call-Centre. I have asked for a supervisor to call but as yet no response. It appears that the Dept. is a law unto it's self. When is this going to be fixed? It is clear that the level of competence in the Dept is not up to standard.
