I am very unhappy! Me and my wife went under debt review and Nedbank was not supposed to take off my Loan money. They did take it off and promised that it will be refunded in a day's time. My money is still not refunded and we are in huge trouble now because the money they deducted was supposed to go to our rent!! The owner is not happy and said that he will cut off our water and electricity on Saturday the 1st of June, if the money is still not paid to him!! We have 2 small children one is still a baby!! I am really not happy!! please sort this out asap!! Every one at the bank have a different story I just want my money refunded!! THIS IS A VERY URGENT MATTER!!
