A huge thank you to Crystal for not just going the extra mile but demonstrating what efficiency is all about. Coupled with a great attitude she helped me through a difficult time when everyone else at Auto and General was fixated on policies and processes. She was a breath of fresh air after dealing with another consultant (pity I cannot recall her name) with a really attitude who sent me packing without even taking the time to listen to my issues.
