I was contacted on Monday 27th May and explained the progress of claim. It was ecceptable. I was informed to be contacted on Wednesday 29th May, nothing happened. On the 30th I contacted 0114892792 twice to speak to the relevant person and left messages but no luck. The relevant person is not responding to my calls. I just want to know what is happening because what was told to me is not happening.
