I want my money back!

I called the prestige line to have my contract save investment which has matured to be transferred to another account since apparently there was no disposal instruction. I was told to send a secure message through my internet banking and someone will call me in 2 days to verify and effect the transfer. I have been waiting almost a week now with no call. I just called the prestige line again and the consultant still couldn't help me. You would think I am begging for a loan. I just want my own money back! HOW DIFFICULT CAN THAT BE?
