I made a call on the 13th May 2013 to change my debit order date and bank account. The call center agent said that it has been changed. Now there has been two deductions from that account and because I am no longer using the account, it has returned as an unpaid. Could this please be fixed and my penalty charge for my returned debits (R149) be paid to me as I am not paying for something that is not even my fault.
