No one actually knows what's going on

I just started a business and have a decent banker, but he was away for two weeks and because he was away the whole business banking shuts down. I can't do transactions and need capable assistance. I was sent to go speak to someone at Killarney, who actually wasn't there and then I was told a person maybe can help me at Balfour. Being the urgency of the nature of my business and the need to do a foreign transaction being an importer, I decided I don't have time for this and just went back to melrose arch to do the transaction as the rand dollar was getting worse and worse. When I came to the forex desk the person behind the counter didn't even know what a communication fee charge was which didn't help me. She said I must call the call centre. Of which I just get referred from one person to another. I've honestly had enough of nedbank. I'm so frustrated. I don't know if any of the other banks are better, but I'm gonna go look.
