Absa
Intimidation by the people YOU pay to collect cash

29th may 2013, approsimately past 14h00, we were parked at the bp garage in belhar, my hubby had gone into u-save &a friend was sitting in his seat (drivers), i was left rear passenger seat with my 10 month old, also present was my 6 yr old and 4yr old. i saw a gun out the right passenger window & the friend was instructed to move the car. the unmarked security van was parked behind us and wanted access to the absa atm some metres infront of us. there were cars parked ahead of us. the friend said the driver is in the store so he was instructed to "just reverse the car"... i then got out, told him he isnt saps that has jurisdiction to order us to move and said that standing there with a gun telling us to move is intimidation. he said he wasnt telling us to move but we must just reverse.by then my baby was screaming & i was upset to be told to move by a man with his hand on his large gun. surely unarmed civilians must not be approached by armed men?? especially not private security firms!! they were so close to our vehicle i almost reversed into them because i was very upset and my baby was screaming.ths is just wrong.you pay them - you sort them out
