Incompetant Management

To whom it may concern!!!

I am absolutely sick and tired of the incompetent service of this bank!!!
I am still getting demand letters for outstanding amounts when the account was settled MONTHS ago and i have received confirmation from their management that my account was settled and CLOSED!!! - in writing via email!!!
Yet, to this day, i am still receiving monthly demands for outstanding payment!!!...

Someone BETTER contact me from STD Bank regarding this issue or i will be reporting this to the bureaux!
I am not tolerating this unprofessional nonsense any longer!
