PATHETIC SERVICE IN TIMES OF NEED

My mother passed away on10/01/13.After collecting the necessary documents and faxing it to headoffice on 14/01/13 I phoned and talked to Linda. She couldn't confirm if they received my documents and she didn't respond to my request to phone back to confirm if the documents are there. On 15/01/13 I phone again and talked to Clifford who couldn't find any documents and told me to fax it again. I phoned again (without faxing) 15/01/13 and talked to Andisa who told the documents are (suddenly) there. She told me she is gonna fax me a letter to confirm my banking details etc. I never received the fax, I phoned 5 times and talked to 5 different people and still no feedback or fax. After phoning the sixth time and threatening them to go to the manager I received a fax. I was struggling to complete the form, so I went to a Sanlam broker in the rural area I live in.(Peter from whom I took out the policy's phone number is non-existant). The broker in the town help me to complete the form (after wanting R65 and wanting money for faxing it. They don't want to follow-up, because I haven't pay the R65 yet. I phoned again and talked to Andisa again-still no feedback.
Pathetic service=funeral delay=unhappy
