I would like to take this time to express the feeling I experienced through my interaction with Faizel Abarder.
Faizel took his time in assessing my personal profile and identified what others could not pick up. I had mentioned with other insurers the fact that I use my car less and believed that my risk should then be less subsequently. He also went an extra mile in making sure that all my information on my profile was correct, as I really don't want to find myself in trouble when it happens I need to claim.
He gave the best premium the industry has to offer.
Changing insurers to the sake of getting a reasonable premium can be time consuming and costly, imagine paying another commencement fee again for the same car and driving around for another vehicle assessment.
His service was absolutely outstanding, and I was thrilled that my call got through to him and did not have repeat of the situation where I would be ending up with the same response.
He truly is an assert to this company. I would be very happy to get hold of him in future should I need to contact Auto and General again, so keep him and more people like him for me please.
