On the 27/05 @ 07:04 I logged a call for my car to be towed to a dealership and within 13 minuets the Tow truck company (Five Star Towing) was in my drive way.
Apart from call centres messages confirming the details the Agent viz. Morongwa Morudu called me back to confirm and check if things are in order and that made me feel that they care about the customer as in most cases other insurance companies never do.
The service was WoW and I felt that OUT was customer centric and efficient while dealing with my matter.
