Bank don't delive

For the past 3 months we struggle to get a paid up letter from FNB for a personal loan that was paid in full. Kgiso Tlhoaele confirm that the account was paid in full and that a letter would be sent to Debt counsellors that we used.

My husband and I aswell as the people from Debt Therapy had asked numerous times for this letter. But it seems that no one knows what to do or how to issue this letter. In the mean time it cost me a of a lot of money because the court order can't be cancelled before we recieved this letter.

Every time the only answer we get is that they will look into it but that is as far as it gets. On 30/01/2013 I phoned the call centre again and the lady said to me that the letter was sent on 21/01/2013 but neither us or the debt company have received anything. The bank was notified but we haven't received a responce until this day.
