Repayments Still going off after settlement

I have settled two of my loans yet they have still gone off. This after after numerous phone calls to FNB loans department to actually close the loans on my profile and after this was done, yet the loans still goes off.

Could this please be rectified.

Also, why does one's ebucks profile decrease even if one is upholding the same criteria as before??

I have been an FNB client for over 20years now, and I have also been a member of Premier banking since 2011 and yet, after numerous attempts I still do not have a Private Banker, and I have never been allocated one yet FNB was so hasty into getting me on the system.
