I am regularly in contact with Hello Peter but until a week ago it has only been to complain. I had a motor vehicle incident a week ago. I am a client at 1st for Women, this being my first claim with them, I held my breath (experience taught). How wrong I was.
I was assisted by Nerrisha who took my call and thereafter continued to diligently track my claim. I was awed by the efficiency and manner of approach she presented, all the commitments she made were met timeously. The cherry on top was when she enquired if I am happy with my Claim, how can I not be, it was a no fuss claim settlement, settled in less than a week. Nerrisha is an absolute star, thank you for making me feel special, as an individual not just a claim number, and assuring me of your support should I require it.
