What's the point of having insurance when you can't use the benefits even if I am paying the full amount of the damage costs. Suerly after all these years I can have use of the hired car part if my claim is less than the excess. I still sit with out a car while my car is in the repair shop. I've paid the extra charge for the car so why can't I have it even if it does affect my no claim bonus?
