Burst geyser was reported at 7:37 this morning. We were told that Powerline Construction would fix the problem this morning still. After numerous calls in the afternoon we were told that our home owners insurance payment for 2013 was not yet received, although this is being debited annually from our Homeloan which Outsurance was unaware of!!! What a joke!!! Its now 4:50 in the afternoon and still no response.
Bending backwards??? I DON'T THINK SO. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Busy selling this property new home owners insurance will most definitely NOT be with outsurance!!!
