I called my Miway to updated my existing insurance policy and I have to say that the service render was exceptional and not what i expected. All I was looking for was to update my Policy and add the house hold cover. The gentleman who helped me, Henry Shongwe, explained the whole process from start to finish in a professional and timely manner and he was also happy to answer all my questions. This was definitely an open-ended service where I didn't have to only listen to a consultant talking or selling me a product as Henry gave me options, explaining each and advising as well.
