During the middle of May I received a call from @home attorneys to inform me that I need to make a payment of R30 to avoid being listed, so I made a payment of R50 and last week I paid the account in full (R377.00) I then learn that I was listed on the May 11, 2013!!! I did exactly what was required and that is just unfair!
So I find out how to clear the records (by paying R60.00 admin fee to VeriCred) nobody told me that I should do this - the lady I spoke to today began shouting at me and did not want to listen, I said that the call was recorded and I did exactly what she had told me to do why is it listed - she scream out is there anybody that knows a Mr Goolam, then said sorry I cant help you! I asked for her name she cut the freaking call on me!
This should not be listed as a bad debt written off - I paid the account as directed and in full!
if @home is going to use services that are so rude to customers and blacklist them after the customer has followed all the necessary steps indicated it is not fair to have such a listing for two years when they have proof that they in fact did as directed!
