1 Month 2 days: I still have not recieved my I-pad

Dear FNB,

I hope that you are doing well. On the 29th of April a consultant called me from your sales department Michiel was his name telling me about this great deal that includes the new I-pad mini with a Vodacom data 2 GB sim card for R220 per month. Well exited about this deal I agreed and could not wait for my new I-pad. He told me that it will be arriving between 4-5 days Max. One morning at my workplace the couriers brought me the package but only to find that its only my sim card that's inside I thought they will bring it the following day or so. Today is the 28th of April!!! And I still did not received my I-PAD!!! What's going on??? I submitted the same complaint on Hello Pieter and FNB replied that you're complaint will be investigated. I submitted that complaint last week and still no reply???!!? Yes I have a reference number, but what must I do with it???
