I-PAD mini not delevired in 3 weeks and 5 days

A consultant at the sales department contact me with a offer of the new I-pad mini that includes a 2GB Vodacom sim-card for R220 per month. He did not give me a reference number and after 3 day I received the sim-card, but no I-pad mini. I phoned and phoned FNB, got transferred and transferred nobody could tell me why it has not been delivered yet. Well days past and this one consultant told me that they have no stock available and I must choose another tablet or device??? Today is the 21st of May. I still am sitting with the Vodacom sim-card, but no I-pad mini? I wanted to give it to my fianc?? as a gift and she asked when it will be delivered. Frustrated I told her that they do not have in stock and we must just be patient. She thought that it was a, but I am still trying to convince her that its not. ( I am still waiting for my device.)

Fnb is a really good bank that provides an excellent service to all its clients, but I just want help and answers please!
