None Delivery Of Apple I Pad

Before Christmas I ordered an Apple I pad on line from FNB. My application was approved and I was contacted and arrangements were made to del the I PAD to my office on Friday 4th January between 8h00 - 12h00! Nothing arrived. Whilst out at appointments my office contacted me on 8th Jan to advise a courier company was there to del the I PAD . I instructed them I would only be back in the office from Monday 14th January and to del on this date. Well now the 18th Jan and still no I PAD. Also no number on the FNB Website to follow up. So I sit and wait for FNB! Terrible service, I will not accept the device when it arrives, I will go and buy on cash from the Istore, as I should have done in the first place. FNB certainly does not live up to expectations.
