ATM Froze

My name is Nokuthula. I withrew money (R500) from the ATM based at Kwaggafontein Plaza on the 31st Dec 2012 & the ATM froze while processing my request. I didn't get the money but it reported on the cellphone that money was withrawn. Went to the bank on the 2nd Jan & was told to fill in the form that'll be faxed to Witbnk & that i should do the follow-up after 3 days. I've been doing the follow-up almost everyday for 3 weeks now, only to be told 'according to their system' they don't owe me anything as their money for that day balances. No surplus!
I have been such a loyal client to Standard bank for 12 years and this is the 'thank you for your loyalty' that i get? It's about time i move my salary, my home loan & everything else to the much responsible bank, hv 1 in mind already.
Hope my R500 will make Standard bank even wealthier that ever - 't was nice doing business with you!
