My ordered chairs from Red Apple (ordered from Head Office call centre) were delivered to my home in Pretoria within 24 hours of ordering them. Sms was sent to confirm the delivery date & time. I was accidentally over-invoiced by R 200 which I didn't pick up before making payment. When I brought it to Red Apple's attention I was refunded the R 200 within the same 24 hour period. Very professional service all round. Will shop from them again.
