They struggle to handle elementary tasks

Hi there. I left this stupid bank a very long time ago. I inquired how to opt out of this. I received a message telling me to end my bank card with a secure message. I logged in and sent a secure message requesting to close my account. Years down the line I receive an account. Seems you clowns have been charging me a monthly service fee and adding interest every month for that period of time. (I never had a draft facility, so why they would carry on charging me in the negative is beyond me. Maybe it makes them feel better having play play money on their system - who knows?) I received a call from you guys a few months after the successful closure of the bank account, and I guess the person on the other end was too busy getting into his leotard, or stressed out for his next act to remember the outcome and (double) my bank account. Can you clowns fix this? Who runs the circus over there?
